Service was fantastic while in the store. Two weeks later when service lights came on the courtesy ended. I am left with an $1100.00 bill for work that my sales agent said had been repaired. The follow up calls no longer happen. The right relationship is everything— Flow Subaru is my new 💝.

Overall, very good service and positive experience with the replacement of my engine. Emily handled communication throughout the process and was excellent in keeping me updated. I removed a star because our experience when returning to ask about a possible repair issue was unexpectedly tense and unpleasant. The staff became immediately defensive — “not my problem,” “I’ll get the manager” — instead of responding in a helpful, professional way. I took my vehicle in to trouble shoot the fuel door not working. I also asked; while they were going to service the car, if they could replace a headlamp bulb, unless it was going to cost a fortune. When they called to inform me of the problem with the fuel door, they told me there were three lights not working. They said the cost of replacing the fuel door actuator was going to be $350 dollars. I don't think it's right to know you have a fuel pump problem between 2016 and 2019 model and you don't do a recall but you put a 5-year warranty on it and then you have mileage to it that is wrong it cost me $1,100 and I will never buy another Kia ever since I bought since 2000 never had I had a fuel pump to fail even at $245,000 Mi on my 2008 Kia Optima this is wrong to your customer this is the worst car that I have ever bought from Kia the craftsmanship has gone downhill look at all ...
